Father Gene's Help Center relies on volunteers like YOU to connect people in need with dignified clothing.
Volunteers are needed Monday–Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Walk-ins welcome — no appointment needed!
If you are interested in volunteering, simply come to the Center Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM and ask to meet with Assistant Executive Director and Volunteer Coordinator MaryAnn Sander.

Ways to Help
There's a place for everyone. Choose the role that fits your schedule and strengths.
Clothing Sorter
Sort and organize incoming clothing donations by size, type, and season. This is the backbone of our operation.
Shopper Assistant
Help community members find clothing that fits their needs. You'll work directly with the people we serve.
Donation Intake
Receive, unload, and process incoming clothing donations from drop-offs and collection drives.
Special Events
Help with community outreach events, donation drives, and seasonal clothing distributions.

Volunteer Hours
We operate on a regular schedule. Volunteers are welcome during any open shift.
